How to Register

Please read the program details carefully and look over the practice groups and schedules. Clear up any questions before you register, you are signing up for the full year.

Send in one registration form per family, and one medical form per swimmer and payment to:

Make out all checks to "Aqua Hoya Swim Club Inc."

Fees

• There is a program fee for each swimmer that varies by program and possibly the number of practices per week.
• There is a registration fee that covers US Swimming regirstration and entry fees for meets. The amount varies by program.
• Family Discount is $200 off for the second swimmer, $100 off for a third swimmer, and $50 off for a fourth swimmer.
• 10% discount if paid in full by July 25^th
• 5% discount if paid in full by August 1^st

Deadlines/Payment Plans

Registration and payment are due before the swimmer practices. The first payment can be for the entire season, or be the first payment of an installment plan. Make out all checks to "Aqua Hoya Swim Club Inc."

4 Payments: Split program fee payments into four equal payments. The payments are due on August 15, 2008; October 15, 2008; December 15, 2008; and February 15 2008.
